About
Eliane Martin, MSc, BAA, founded Macrophylla Consulting Inc. in 2023 building on her 20 years of experience in various Human Resources senior leadership roles across Europe and North America in large multinational and publicly traded companies. She is known for her strategic thinking, her ability to achieve business goals through HR initiatives and her passion for people development.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with Executive teams to develop talent identification and succession planning programs to build organization skills and enhance team effectiveness. She has designed and led learning and development programs focused on leadership skills and performance management, and has deployed employee value proposition programs to attract, retain and engage talent in challenging markets.
Eliane has also been involved in multiple company transformation programs, major restructuring projects and large mergers & acquisitions, participating in the design and alignment of HR initiatives of newly formed companies. Most recently, she has been actively working on inclusivity in the workplace and has led various HR projects to advance gender diversity within the construction industry.
Bilingual in French and English, she holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, Canada, as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in France.
